China exports are a main support to its economy. As a matter of fact, China is one of the leading exporting country.
Recently, China claimed the top position in international trade, passing the US. The official numbers for the US are not known yet, but it seems that this is true.
In this context, I saw an article with an interesting chart using data from IMF. It compared China exports with the other exports champions, i.e. USA, Germany and Japan.

Although there is no real surprise, the data illustrate well that both the US and China are on an export growth path since 2009, while Japan is flat and Germany has lost some steam.
