He has 20-years management experience in Europe where he occupied several executive positions from business development to general manager at companies like Digital Equipment, XRT-Cerg, Hyperion and Inxight. |

As from 1990, Frank has been starting up subsidiaries and developing activities for European and American companies active in the financial software area. He joined procurAsia in 2005 realizing that many companies need assistance to source and outsource to China. |

Frank graduated from the University of Leuven as a master in Applied Economic Sciences and holds a post-graduate degree in Computer Sciences. |
